Terms of Service

Last updated: July 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Parent Rescue Room application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cheyenne Lofthouse-Wolf LCSW ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Cheyenne Lofthouse-Wolf LCSW, an individual operating Parent Rescue Room. Contact: support@parentrescueroom.com.

2. What the Service is

Parent Rescue Room is an AI-assisted wellness and parenting support tool designed to help parents navigate difficult behavioral moments with their children. It provides suggestions, scripts, journaling, progress tracking, and educational content.

It is not medical care, mental-health therapy, psychological assessment, or a substitute for a licensed clinician. Do not rely on the Service for emergency, diagnostic, or clinical decisions. See our wellness disclaimer and crisis resources.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
  • Enter protected health information (PHI) of any person.
  • Attempt to jailbreak, probe, or generate content that could harm a child, promote violence, or defeat safety filters.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute, scrape, or use the Service to train competing models without written consent.
  • Introduce malware, interfere with service integrity, or attempt unauthorized access to another account or system.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models to produce coaching prompts, scripts, summaries, and audio. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify anything you rely on. You are responsible for how you use outputs with your family, and for ensuring you have the right to any content you input. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs at our discretion.

6. Subscriptions, billing & payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and, for refunds, our refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content, design, and branding, is owned by Cheyenne Lofthouse-Wolf LCSW and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your active plan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain rights to content you input. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Service availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your account at any time via the app or by contacting support. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you rights in your local jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
