Right now

"She's melting down."

In under 30 seconds

Two questions, then the exact words.

What's inside

The tools you were meant to have.

Not another parenting book on the pile. Small, real things you can reach for at the moment you actually need them.

In-the-moment scripts

Two quick questions, then the exact words to say next. Warm, non-shaming, kid-specific.

Co-regulation first

Guided breathing that steadies you before you walk into the storm. Your calm is the tool.

Repair & reconnect

Small bridges back after a hard moment — the sentences you couldn't find in the heat of it.

Ask anything (AI-assisted)

Type the question you'd text a friend at 11 p.m. Get a warm, AI-assisted answer in seconds — shaped by Cheyenne's clinical frameworks, not a human therapist on call.

Patterns over time

Little reads

Short, honest pieces on what's really underneath meltdowns, sibling storms, and shutdowns.

How it works

From "I can't do this" to
"okay, we've got this."

You're not paging through a book at 6 p.m. A few taps on your phone — works like an app in your mobile browser — and you have the exact words, a breath, and a plan for the next ten minutes.

  1. 1

Tell us about your kid — once.

Age, temperament, what's been hard lately. Everything after this is shaped to your actual child, not a generic 8-year-old.

  2. 2

When a hard moment hits, tap 'I Need Help Now.'

Two questions — what's happening, what you've already tried. Then a warm, specific script and a 60-second breath to steady you first.

  3. 3

    Repair after. Watch patterns emerge.

A gentle bridge back once the storm passes, and a private log that quietly shows what's actually working over weeks — not just tonight.

Real moments

The stuff that used to unravel us.

From parents using Parent Rescue Room in the actual thick of it — not on a good Saturday morning.

A mother and her son leaning foreheads together on a couch after a hard moment

"I read the repair script out loud straight from my phone. He climbed into my lap for the first time in a week."

MMaya · Mom of a 10-year-old · ADHD
A parent gently mediating between two siblings on a living room rug

"The sibling war used to eat our evenings. Now I have actual words for both of them instead of just yelling 'stop.'"

JJordan · Dad of two, ages 6 and 9

"The 60-second breath saved bedtime. Genuinely."

Priya, mom to a 7-year-old

"Feels like texting a friend who happens to be a clinician."

Sam, dad to a 12-year-old

"I stopped Googling meltdowns at midnight."

Rachel, mom to two kids (ages 5 & 8)

Who this is for

The parent in the thick of it.

The one whose kid melts down at drop-off. The one whose evenings unravel between 5 and 7. The one navigating a new diagnosis, a hard transition, a sibling war, a kid whose big feelings eat the whole room. Out of scripts. Out of patience. Out of ideas.

Who's behind it

Built by Cheyenne Lofthouse-Wolf, LCSW.

10+ years in the behavioral and mental health field. Every feature comes from a real question asked at 2 a.m., a real script she wished existed, a real morning a parent needed to try again.

Parent Rescue Room is a wellness and parenting support tool. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for a qualified clinician. If you or your child are in danger, call 911 or 988.

Common questions

Everything else you're probably wondering.

Is this therapy?

No — Parent Rescue Room is a wellness and parenting support tool. It's built by a licensed clinician, but it's not a replacement for therapy, medical advice, or crisis care. If you or your child are in danger, call 911 or 988.

What ages does it cover?

Kids 5 to 15. Scripts and strategies adapt to your child's age, temperament, and what you told us has been hard lately.

Will it work for my neurodivergent kid?

Yes. During setup you can share diagnoses or traits (ADHD, autism, sensory needs, anxiety). Scripts get shaped accordingly, and every kid gets their own profile if you have more than one.

Can a co-parent or caregiver use it too?

Yes. Invite a co-parent or caregiver — a partner, step-parent, grandparent, nanny, or babysitter — so you're all looking at the same notes and history. No more re-explaining what happened at pickup for the third time.

What if it isn't for me?

Cancel anytime from your iPhone's Subscriptions settings. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you won't be charged. Refunds after that are handled by Apple — see the refund policy for details.

Do I talk to a real person, or is this AI?

The 'Ask anything' answers, in-the-moment scripts, and repair suggestions are AI-assisted — generated in seconds using clinical frameworks Cheyenne built. You're not messaging a human clinician in real time. Cheyenne handles support emails personally at support@parentrescueroom.com, but replies are not instant.

Is my family's information private?

Yes. Your notes and your child's profile are private to your account and co-parents or caregivers you invite. We never sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers. See our Privacy Notice for full details on what we collect, how it's stored, and who has access.
