If Parent Rescue Room isn't the right fit for your family, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests outside that window are considered on a case-by-case basis by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Parent Rescue Room subscriptions.

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to find your order.
  2. Or email us at support@parentrescueroom.com with your order number and we'll help you through it.

What happens after

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Your subscription will be canceled and access to paid features will end.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Manage subscription inside the app. If you cancel outside the 14-day window, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, but no partial refund is issued.
